At the very outset I take this opportunity to thank you for some memorable vacation arrangement courtesy you and your organisation.
I would like to highlight that it has been an amazing experience that I have had in visiting places such as Ranikhet and Bharatpur.
While Ranikhet experience was as peaceful and lovely with its beautiful serene locales such as the Goddess Jhula Devi temple we visited and the valley view point, the Bharatpur was totally extempore and exploring the wild was beyond any imagination.
My family has been particularly impressed by the courtesy extended by you personally, calling us to ensure every arrangement was as per the commitment and this has been an unique USP which even large organisations have not been able to provide us.
We have cherished every moment of our vacation and we are indebted to you for making it a memorable and treasurable one
